2026 Board Meeting Dates
All regular Board meetings will continue to be held virtually. Members are always welcome to attend and will be sent links via email allowing them to do so. The next 2 2026 meeting will be held on March 18 and June 17 at 6:00 PM. These dates are subject to change. Homeowners will be notified should changes be necessary. The dates for the remaining 2026 board meetings will be listed once determined.

Living with Black Bears
Roof replacement in Courtyard homes is classified as an exterior modification and requires adherence to the CARB application process. Please submit a CARB application before entering into any agreements with roofing contractors. Currently, only GAF Timberline Weathered Wood shingles are approved to meet Community-Wide Standards. Note that only GAF-certified contractors can provide the full manufacturer warranties.
Living with Black Bears
The Department of Wildlife Resources suggested that we share these resources regarding living with bears (linked below).
MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR LANDSCAPE OR THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME?
Remember, changes to the landscape, adding plantings except for annuals, replacing roofs, installing fencing, adding a storm or screen door, etc. all require a CARB approval. If you’re planning any changes you can check out the CARB guidelines on this site. Also, the co-chairs of CARB, Stephanie Polackwich and David Diggs, welcome your questions. Correcting a violation is time consuming and frustrating for both CARB volunteers and homeowners. Let’s get it right the first time and avoid all that!!
Reporting Concerns…
Homeowners should report concerns regarding Courtyard matters, be they related to landscaping, maintenance, architectural review or any questions you may have by email to courtyardatredfields@gmail.com. Do Not expect a same day or next day response. Your response will be addressed within a week, as RPI is in the neighborhood at least three times per week to check things out.
